N is for...

Necklace. Not just any necklace but one that I made a zillion years ago! This must have been made in the late 70s...when taking a class with my next door neighbor at a bead store in Tampa.

It is a great necklace to wear with that little black dress!

I made necklaces for a living once. Never made one that elaborate.

  2. I love jewelry making, and still have a trunk full of beads. My favorites were the beautiful Czech glass ones. The only bad thing... being a man, I never got to wear any of my creations, but every girl I knew had a "Shephard creation" for a while. lol

That necklace is so intricate! I love it.

  4. Yes it is awesome that you saved it, but the way you photographed it too, it looks like a museum exhibit!

  5. Really nice. I never would have known that it was handmade. It DOES look like a museum piece in the photos.
