P is for...
Potatoes...
Okay, don't laugh! I love potatoes! And, the ones from the farmer's market are so good. Bottom Row: Yukon Gold; small white potato Back Row: Small red potato; blue potatoes.
The blue ones are my favorites - they have a really good earthy taste.
I love them too. I sometimes get the small mixed ones from Shaw's- which has yellow, red (on the outside) and blue potatoes. Whenever I roast them together, my boyfriend has to stop after he takes a bite of a blue one and ask, "Is this potato okay? I think this one has gone bad."
