What a generous, inspirational thing for you to do. I wish I had the ability to knit. I need to bug my wife - she's tried to teach me before, but I've always been a lousy student. You've inspired me to try again.

I make preemie hats for our hospital and love doing it, what a wonderful thing for you to do!
It just feels good to give back...for me it's like a drug. It makes me feel terrific to do things for others...
yeah, I'm weird that way.
