Saturday Sky...March 10, 2007
This is it! A little gray and zero sun...and I'm still trying to figure out where the 40's are that the weather man promised...but, it is March after all. One of the things that I really love in the winter is the naked trees...each tree is so different. Some of the branches are knarly, some are straight and sleek, while others just seem to just be. Each season is so different...yet so beautiful.

Those 40's are down here, Sara. Now I just want to know who got the 50's the weatherman had promised us!
Every winter, I look at the sky through the bare tree branches and wonder if it's what inspired someone way back when to create the first lace. And I harbor notions of trying to make a lace pattern that mimics actual tree branches.
But then, I remember that it would probably look just like random lines and holes, and never like tree branches.
I love to see the bare trees too... The design of their branches is SO amazing! They seem even more unique than snowflakes... no two trees exactly the same!
brrrrrr.... I had to turn on the air conditioner today because it's 79 in the house. In a normal household one could open the windows and let "fresh" air in to cool the place off. That's *if* the air were fresh and the household member with 2 legs wasn't having headache issues. lol
Beautiful picture, Sara!! *hugs*
Hmmm, if you happen to see the sun before I do, can you send it my way;)
Such a pretty picture, even without the sun.
