Yes, I am going to make a pair of Felt Clogs...This is the woman who has never felted anything in her life...but I just love these...
And this is the yarn... 
Yep! Purple - what other color do you think I'd pick??? The dark purple will be the soles and the light will be the tops. They are going to be so cute!!!

Ooh, can't wait to hear how they go! I've been wanting to try those, but I've never felted anything either.
You will love making those clogs; they are fast and easy (but you do have to pay attention. I finally made a pair last winter after having the pattern for about 2 years. I've been given the pattern for the child's version and you know I'll HAVE to make those.
I'll totally be your model!!! THey look so comfy :-)
You're going to love those clogs. I've done two pairs for Gryphon, and he wears them constantly in the house.
My tip - use a Post-it tape flag with an arrow on it to mark where you are as you work each row. I don't know if I could have gotten through the pattern anywhere near as easy if I hadn't had that little flag pointing at the exact part I was working.
