I'm Home...
Killian, here...
I'm home! And, I have to say I sure am glad even though I have to wear this ridiculous looking thing around my head. It makes it hard to get places!
Mom snapped both of these shots at the hospital. They were very nice to me - but, Mom told me I wasn't very nice to them. I tried - but, I really hurt.
Besides they had me in this cage where I couldn't go anywhere - not like my place where I can lay on the couch or the bed...and, I hate to say it but I don't have any hair on the left side toward the back...they shaved it all off.
And, what's worse - I have to go back in seven days to get the stitches out!
But, I'm home!!! With my mommie...

Oh there's nothing sadder than a kitty in an e-collar! I've always had a hard time sticking with the program, broke down and took it off, which is really not a good idea. Thank goodness he's home. He's so pretty, Sara.
Hi Sara,
I'm here from Michele's. Poor Killian, I hope he heals up and hairs over soon.
I see you're a quilter. I try to be too, I get a lot more started than finished, but don't we all.
The Queen has a hat almost like that.
Hang in there, Killian! Lay back and let Mom dote on you, and it will all be better soon.
Seriously, milk this for all it's worth, kiddo!
You know, in Victorian times, you'd be considered quite the dashing fellow. Collars were all the rage. For sure. :) And it's better than the alternative. I'll leave that to mom to tell you about sometime.
Poor kitty! She and Madison are in the same boat. Glad she is home with you. It's hard to tell pets they are to take it easy after surgery!
If looks could 'kill', a few humans would be dead with the look on Killian's face in that 1st picture.
But just try to think of how much better you'll feel, Killian once you're healed & the collar comes off. I'm glad your home.
So glad he's home and mending....
Wow, he looks like he's coming off a 3 day bender. Poor guy! Glad he's on the mend.
Glad you're home, Killian. You are such a cutie, get well soon.
Oh sweetie. I know you are just miserable with that collar on, but trust me..you could really hurt yourself without even thinking. And please, take it easy. I recently saw a pic of someone's kitty who had a collar like yours and had managed to climb way up high in the kitchen. Not the best idea. Just make Sara answer to your every whim.
