Drunk Kitty...
New toy = drunk Kitty! Killian loves his new toy! This is just a scratching box that has catnip in it. Get them at the big-box-store and they are really inexpensive...but, it is the only thing that he enjoys playing with. I've bought baskets, scratching posts, toys, and various items - some filled with catnip and some without. He won't play with any. This is it! Or a crumpled up sheet of paper which he bats around the floor. Go figure...
Can we say...truly gone to la-la-land!!! It borders on adoration...and he'll sleep on top of this thing for hours!!

awww, what a sweet kitty!
My kitties love those scratching boxes. Moogie especially loved it and used to lay on top of it whenever we refreshed the catnip, looking much like Killian does (except you couldn't see any box under Moogie).
We have one of those scratching boxes....one of our cats loves it and the other one ignores it!!

Tooo cute! I tried the scratching box, but what a mess my cats made shredding it daily! So, now we just do old socks with catnip inside. We typically give the cats a sock on Christams day -this year we also have a puppy and he loved the catnip sock and took it away from the cats! So, we had 2 cats and a dog in la-la land! lol

Kitty drugs: is there nothing better? When Shadow was around, we loved winding him up with catnip-laced toys. We didn't need any other means of entertainment, as he was all we needed for an evening of rollicking fun.
