Veteran's Day...A Day to remember those who fought in WWI! There are fewer and fewer people who served in that war around...but, I hope that we will NEVER forget that they fought so that we could live freely.
Edited by Sara: Actually, Thumper is right. It is a day to honor all Veterans. Originally, it was called Armistace Day and was started after WWI.

We celebrate Remembrance Day here in the UK, but the thinking and feeling is the same; to remember and honour those who have died in war for their country. I have posted about it on my blog too.
